Maple Banana Bread
Maple and banana is the ultimate combo anytime of year! A slice of fluffy banana bread drizzled with maple syrup and a cup of mocha is my kind of afternoon tea!

- 220g banana
- 210g cake flour
- 60ml vegetable oil
- 50g maple syrup
- 3 eggs
- 40g golden caster sugar
- 35g dark muscavado sugar
- 30ml milk
- 5g baking powder
- Stand Mixer
- Large Mixing Bowl
- Small Mixing Bowl
- Loaf tin
- Mixing Spoon
- Spatula
- Cooling Rack
- Preheat oven to 180C
- Whisk sugar and eggs until frothy
- Mash bananas throughly, add milk and maple syrup
- Add oil to the egg mixture, combine throughly and add banana mixture
- Add cake flour and baking powder, gently mix until combined
- Pour the mixture into a loaf tin and bake for 30-35 minutes at 180C.
- Allow to cool before serving.
