Frasier

A mini version of the traditional French dessert. Our mini frasier is a delicate, light and refreshing treat that's perfect for spring and summer.  A generous layer of chantilly cream and fresh strawberries will be sandwiched between a genoise sponge that is incredibly fluffy and light.

A 9-layer milk chocolate passionfruit cake, it's zingy, refreshing and indulgent.  A jaconde sponge soaked in rum and passionfruit syrup, sandwiched with a passionfruit curd and milk chocolate ganache.
