Hello! I'm Vaniece, Founder of Niecebakes

Welcome and thank you for visiting my little baking corner!  I'm Vaniece, I'm a self taught baker and recipe developer.  I started baking at age 11- for 13 year now. I started uni as a dancer and later on started a PhD in Sport and Exercise Science, I miss having a creative outlet and good food, so I decided to document all my favourite recipes on a blog I called Niecebakes!
